Qur’an 2:201

Good in This World and the Hereafter

A comprehensive duʿā for goodness in this life and the Hereafter.

رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbanā ātinā fid-dunyā ḥasanatan wa fil-ākhirati ḥasanatan wa qinā ʿadhāban-nār.

“Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”

Qur’an 2:201

Use this duʿā when asking Allah for balanced goodness: faith, wellbeing, lawful provision, family, beneficial work and success in the Hereafter.
