Reliance upon Allah means taking lawful and responsible means while knowing that results remain with Him. Planning and tawakkul belong together.
Release the outcome
An anxious heart often tries to control what it cannot. Tawakkul redirects the heart: do what Allah permits and requires, then entrust the unseen result to Him.
Trust grows through remembrance
Remember Allah’s knowledge, wisdom, mercy and power. The more clearly you know Him, the more steadily you can rely upon Him.
Take responsible action, then entrust the result to Allah.
Write down one worry. Separate what you can responsibly do today from what you must entrust to Allah.
