Begin with revelation
We know Allah through what He has revealed in the Qur’an and through the authentic teachings of His Messenger ﷺ. Sūrah al-Ikhlāṣ teaches that Allah is One, the One upon Whom all creation depends, and that nothing is comparable to Him.
The Creator is not like creation
Allah has perfect Names and attributes. We affirm them with reverence, without imagining Allah in the form of created things. This protects the heart from confusion and gives worship a firm foundation.
Knowing leads to worship
Knowledge of Allah is not merely information. It should produce love, awe, hope, humility and sincere obedience.
Allah is One, perfect and incomparable. Knowing Him through revelation is the foundation of worship.
Read Sūrah al-Ikhlāṣ slowly. Write down what each verse teaches you about Allah.
