Qur’an 2:286

You Are Not Burdened Beyond Your Capacity

Hardship may expose strength you did not know Allah had placed within you.

لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا

“Allah does not require of any soul more than what it can afford.”

Qur’an 2:286

This verse does not tell us that trials will feel easy. It reminds us that Allah knows the true capacity of every soul. He sees the hidden effort, fear and exhaustion that others may never notice.

Turn to Allah without pretending that the burden is light. Ask for help, use lawful means, seek support and continue with the next faithful step.
