Gratitude Changes How You See

Gratitude recognises the Giver, values the gift and uses it responsibly.

لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ

“If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more.”

Qur’an 14:7

Shukr is expressed through the heart, tongue and actions. Recognise that the blessing is from Allah, praise Him for it and use it in a way that pleases Him.

The promise of increase is broader than possessions. Allah may increase benefit, contentment, guidance or the ability to use a blessing well.
