Qur’an 39:53
Never Despair of Allah’s Mercy
No past should convince you that sincere return to Allah is impossible.
لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ ٱللَّهِ
“Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy.”
Qur’an 39:53The verse addresses those who have wronged themselves and still calls them servants of Allah. Despair is not repentance. Repentance faces the wrong honestly and turns back with hope.
Allah’s mercy should never be used to excuse continued sin. It should give you the courage to stop, seek forgiveness, restore rights and begin again.
