بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
In the name of Allah, with whose Name nothing on earth nor in the heavens is able to cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
O Allah, You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am Your servant. I abide by Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have committed. I acknowledge Your favour upon me and my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.
Sayyid al-Istighfār.رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا، وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَبِيًّا
I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my way of life, and Muhammad ﷺ as my Prophet.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَصْبَحْتُ أُشْهِدُكَ، وَأُشْهِدُ حَمَلَةَ عَرْشِكَ، وَمَلَائِكَتَكَ، وَجَمِيعَ خَلْقِكَ، أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُولُكَ
O Allah, I have reached the morning and call You, the bearers of Your Throne, Your angels and all Your creation to witness that You are Allah; none has the right to be worshipped except You alone, and Muhammad ﷺ is Your servant and messenger.
In the evening replace “aṣbaḥtu” with “amsaytu”.اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَصْبَحَ بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَلَكَ الشُّكْرُ
O Allah, whatever blessing has come to me this morning is from You alone, without partner. To You belongs all praise and all thanks.
In the evening replace “aṣbaḥa” with “amsā”.لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
None is worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and praise, and He has power over all things.
فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَيُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَيُحْيِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَكَذَلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ
Exalted is Allah when you reach the evening and morning. To Him is all praise throughout the heavens and earth, at night and noon. He brings the living from the dead and the dead from the living, and gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. In the same way you will be brought forth.
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ، مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ كَانَ وَمَا لَمْ يَشَأْ لَمْ يَكُنْ، أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا
How perfect Allah is, and I praise Him. There is no ability except through Allah. Whatever Allah wills happens, and whatever He does not will does not happen. Allah has power over all things and encompasses all things in His knowledge.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, incapacity and laziness, cowardice and miserliness, the burden of debt and being overpowered by others.
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ، فَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ، وَلَا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ
O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help. Set right all my affairs and do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَصْبَحْتُ مِنْكَ فِي نِعْمَةٍ وَعَافِيَةٍ وَسِتْرٍ، فَأَتْمِمْ عَلَيَّ نِعْمَتَكَ وَعَافِيَتَكَ وَسِتْرَكَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
O Allah, I have reached the morning in Your blessing, well-being and protection. Complete Your blessing, well-being and protection upon me in this world and the Hereafter.
Use the corresponding evening wording at night.حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ، عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
Allah is sufficient for me. None has the right to be worshipped except Him. Upon Him I rely, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.

أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ
I seek Allah’s forgiveness.
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
May Allah send blessings and peace upon Muhammad ﷺ.
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ
There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah.
